About delivery and shipping charges
◎Shipping period
- Credit card payment: After the order is completed, it will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding Sundays)
- Bank transfer: After payment is confirmed, the item will be shipped within 3 business days (excluding Sundays)
◎Delivery company and arrival time
Domestic shipping is generally handled by Fukuyama Transporting (arrival the next day or the day after).
Delivery to Tohoku, Shinetsu, Hokkaido and Okinawa will take place two days or later.
◎If you require next-day delivery or Sunday delivery
When placing your order, please specify in the comments section that you would like your order shipped by Yamato Transport .
About international shipping
EMS (International Express Mail Service) is available .

About returns

- The product must be in an uncut state
- If the product has an obvious defect

- Changes in the product due to aging (due to the characteristics of deadstock products)

◎About deadstock products
Please note that our products are mostly dead stock (long-term inventory) so please note the following:
